Sonatura Audio Heterodyning Lookup Table
Sum and Difference Frequencies for Full Piano Range (A0-C8)
How to Use This Table
In support of the Superhet plugin, this table shows the heterodyning results when two MIDI notes are played simultaneously.
The note numbers and names in the Sum and Difference columns show the CLOSEST note. Because of the nature of heterodyning, the pitches are exact; the notes are not. This is a deliberate design feature.
It's possible to discover either notes you're looking for in the results, or notes you want to play as input, simply by searching.
Each column shows both the MIDI number and note name.
Use the global search below, or filter individual columns using the search boxes in each header.
Click column headers to sort. Clicking again will sort in the opposite direction.
